For individuals requiring a higher level of assistance, our Supported Employment Services provide a comprehensive, person-centered approach to achieving and maintaining meaningful employment. Services include targeted job development, individualized job placement, and one-on-one job coaching delivered directly at the worksite.
Our support is designed to fade strategically over time as the individual builds confidence, competence, and independence in their role. During this phase, we also work closely with employers and coworkers to establish natural supports that foster long-term integration and job retention. Once workplace stability is achieved, our team continues to offer ongoing follow-up services for a minimum of 90 days, ensuring continued success.

Our Work Experience Services provide structured, short-term opportunities for individuals to gain hands-on, real-world exposure in professional settings. These experiences are designed to build workplace readiness, enhance specific skill sets, and inform long-term career goals.
Services include the identification and coordination of appropriate temporary work placements, along with on-site training and supervision. Our team works closely with customers to establish clear learning objectives and supports progress through ongoing job coaching, performance feedback, and mentorship.
These experiences serve as a valuable bridge between training and employment, empowering individuals to develop confidence, competence, and career clarity in a supportive environment.
Our Job Skills Training program provides individualized, on-site support through qualified job coaches who utilize evidence-based strategies to ensure each employee successfully adapts to the workplace. This service focuses not only on helping individuals master the technical skills required to meet the employer’s expectations, but also on developing the interpersonal and workplace behaviors essential for long-term integration and acceptance within the work environment and broader community.

In collaboration with employers, we actively identify and align job opportunities that provide the best fit for the individual’s skills and aspirations. When appropriate, Job Skills Training may be provided following placement to ensure a smooth transition into the workplace and to support the successful acquisition of job responsibilities and adjustment to the work environment.
